These villas are all supplied with balcony, terrace or garden and parking area, they are all newly-built and enjoy a beautiful panorama. The distance from the numerous lovely beaches surrounding Capoliveri, all easily accessible, such as Lido, Lacona, Barabarca, Zuccale,Morcone, Naregno is only about 2 kms.
Services: restaurants, bar, pizza-places, pharmacies, medical clinics, banks, post-office, all types of shops, discos, night-clubs and other tourist berth place.
Sport and leisure activities: sailing school, windsurf, underwater diving and services, tennis, golf, riding schools, boats, car and bicycle hire.

General Conditions:
Holiday duration: starting saturdays from 16.00/20.00 to saturday 9.00 a.m.
Services not included in the price:
LINEN: bed and kitchen linen and towels
(bring your own.
BABY COT: Euro 35,00 per week (payment on site).
SERVICES FORFAIT: mandatory from
12 years and payable on site: Euro 16,00
per person per week. This covers all
utilities and any assistance services.
FINAL CLEANING : one room
apartments: Euro 40,00, double room
apartments: Euro 45,00, triple room
apartments: Euro 50,00.
Cleaning of kitchen is left to the client
but otherwise an additional Euro 26,00
will be charged.
DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00.
