 Built at the end of 1800s, Villa Teresa is situated near the centre of Porto Azzurro, in the midst of an ancient green park and still maintains its original charm with period furniture in its interiors. The villa has, besides the main building, newly constructed units with modern furnishings. In the main building, every apartment has an independant entrance, living room and in-built kitchen, bathroom, and, all share a big terrace and garden. The surrounding small new villas all have their own private space outside. The complex is furnished with a tennis court (cemented ground) and a swimming pool (7x14 mts), - this service is included in the price. The nearest beach is that of Barbarossa around 500 mts away, a sandy beach with facilities for surf, boat and canoe rent and underwater school.

MONO 2/3 - Single room apartment 2/3 (ca. 25 mq ): living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, double bed, plus an additional single bed if required. Bathroom/shower. Some with access to the entrance hall and garden. Ground floor. A supplementary 3th bed with extra charge
MONO 4/5 - Single room apartment 4/5 (ca. 25 mq ): living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, convertible double bed/sofa. Loft with double bed plus an additional single bed if required. Bathroom/shower. first floor.A supplementary 5th bed with extra charge.
BILO 2 - Double room apartment 2 (ca. 20 mq ): Small villa (villetta) with living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, Double room, TV and air conditioning, bathroom/shower. Independent small villa on ground floor with equipped garden.
BILO 4 - Double room apartment 4 (ca. 30 mq ): Villetta with living/dining room with annexed kitchenette and two sleeping places, double room,  bathroom/shower,Tv Sat. and air conditioning. New villette with independent access, covered terrace and private equipped garden.

 Long holidays: 14 nights at the cost of 12. till the 30.05(included) and from the 12.09.

 MANDATORY (To be paid on site , the day of arrival):
Additional charges: Euro 25,00 per person per week ( for use of light/water and gas, Tv color, acces to the swimming pool, private parking place, small area dedicated to the kids, acces to the tennis court in the afternoon, and internet point).

Final cleaning: Single room apartments: euro 45,00; Two room apartments: € 50,00. (kitchenette to be cleaned by the clients otherwise extra charge Euro 30,00) 

Optional Services ( To be paid on site the day of arrival):

Linen: bed and bath linen to be brought by the clients. (can be rented on site. Bath linen Euro 7,00 bed linen Euro 8,00 per person per week ).

Baby Cot: €.37 per week (payable on site).

Pets: small pets are allowed if they are accounted for on booking: € 55 per week.

Extra bed: Euro 80,00 per week (on site).
