Residence 13 apartments.Situated in a quiet area 600 mt from the sandy beach of the Lido of Capoliveri, which you can also reach on foot. Immersed in a private park and surrounded by rich vegetation, the complex consists of only 16 apartments situated in two separate buildings; the central part has been completely restored and is made of new apartments situated either on the upper floor and equipped with patio or garden, or on the first floor with balcony, provided with brand new furniture and equipment; the area of the little villas groups together other terraced apartments situated on the upper floor with patio and private garden. The park surrounding the residence, the well-kept plants make Villa Rosi an ideal residence for those
guests who wish to spend a relaxing and quiet holiday, not forgetting the convenience of being near Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, two of the most fashionable and frequented towns of the Island of Elba.
Sport: ping-pong. On the beach renting of boats, beach umbrellas and deckchairs and possibility of practising windsurfing, beachvolley, canoeing.
 Facilities:  in the residence reception with safe, children's playground, large private park, barbecue, unguarded covered car park. Nearby, 600 mt from the residence you can find minimarkets, bars, ice cream parlour, pizzeria, restaurant, kiosk, tobacconist's.

Apartments: with independent entrances, situated either on ground floor or on first floor with patio or balcony equipped with table and chairs. In the main building they are completely restored, equipped with TV and brand new furniture, while the remainder are furnished in a simple yet functional way.
Type A 3/4 beds: in the main building on first floor, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, one or two single beds, equipped balcony, bathroom.
Type B 4 beds: in the main building on upper or first floor, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, equipped patio or balcony, bathroom.
Type C 4 beds: as type B4 but with bathroom in the double room.
Type D 6 beds: situated in the main building on first floor, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, room with bunk beds, equipped patio
or balcony, bathroom.
 Pets: not allowed.

General Conditions:
 Check-in/check-out: Saturday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./Saturday 10 a.m.
Period "A" free check-in/out (min. 1 week)

To pay after arrival:
Extra charge (compulsory over 2 years of age): € 20 per person per week for the use of electricity/water/gas
Final cleaning: € 42 type A - € 49 type B/C/E/F - € 55 type D (the kitchenette has to
 be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30).-
Deposit: € 100 per apartment.

Further optional facilities on request per week:
Bed or bathroom linen: € 8 per person (per change) -
Added bed or Cot: supplement 10% (any charge for Clients cot - max 1 per apartment).
