The Residence

The complex Villaggio  Turistico La Valdana , harmoniously immersed in the surrounding maditerranean vegetation, in a peaceful and easyly reachable position, stays on the southern side just in the middle of the island of Elba.

Apartments: .The apartments are situated in different buildings, functionally furnished, on the groundfloor with a little garden and terrace, or at the 1st / 2nd floor with balcony, with SAT-TV, telephone, deck chair and umbrella you can even take with you to the beach.
1-room-flat 2/3 pax (M3): (mq 22) living room with kitchenette, double bed couch or foldaway beds, single bed, bathroom / shower.
2-room-flat 2/3 pax (B2): (mq 22) room with double bed and one extra bed, kitchen, bathroom / shower.
2-room-flat 4 pax (B4): (mq 30) living room with kitchenette and double bed couch or foldaway beds, room with double bed, bathroom / shower.
3-room-flat 5 pax (T5): (mq 40) kitchen, room with double bed, room with 3 beds, bathroom / shower.
3-room-flat 6 pax (T6): (mq 45) living room with kitchenette and double bed couch or foldaway beds, 2 rooms with double bed, bathroom / shower.

Services: Reception with safe deposit box, bar, TV-room, swimmingpool, outside showers, barbecue, playground for children, washing machine, non guarded covered carpark, tennis court, table tennis.

Beach of Lido: the beach most close by our residence (distance 1 km). A sandbeach with a lengh of 400 m, where you can find all the wished beachservice like the renting of sunchairs- & shades, bar, cafè, parkingplaces, windsurf or just the pure sand.

Pets: Admitted only on request in apartments with balcony € 8,00 per day.
