Sant'Anna del Volterraio is a holiday complex that extends over a large valley 400 meters behind the nice seaside village of Bagnaia, just in front of Portoferraio, on the island of Elba. In a private property of 230 hectars, with the possibility of pleasant walks in the untouched nature of Elba, you find a 3 hec. large parc with olive trees, oak trees, oleander and mediterranean macchia vegetation. Sant'Anna del Volterraio is a residence with apartments of various sizes, harmonously integrated in the surrounding nature. In the center of the park, from where you have a splendid view on the Volterraio Castle, you find 2 tennis courts, swimming pool, pool for children, the napoleonean villa of Sant'Anna with bar, TV-room, sauna, showers and cabins, as well as the restaurant "Il Giardino degli Aranci", situated in an "ortus conclusus" with orange, lemon and pomegranates plants.At your disposition a room for your natural wellbeing: shiatsu, relaxing, strengthening, draining massages and foot massage.

The apartments: from 2 to 8 beds, have all indipendent entrance, private patio, garden or balcony; are comfortable and functional, all with TV and room with double bed. Each apartment has its own covered private parking inside of the Residenza. The parkings are located in a way to leave the structure and the park completely car free.
Type A 2 beds: 1 living room with kitchenette, sofa with 2 beds, bathroom with tub, patio equipped with table and chairs.
Type B 4 beds: 1 living room, sofa with 2 beds, separated kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with tub, patio equipped with table and chairs.
Type C 4 beds: openings on both sides of the apartment, on the park or the the garden behind or the balcony, 1 living room with kitchenette, sofa with 2 beds, 1 bedroom, bathroom with tub, patio equipped with table and chairs.
Type D 6 beds: 1 living room with kitchenette, sofa with 2 beds, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, patio equipped with table and chairs.
Type E 6 beds: openings on both sides of the apartment, on the park or the the garden behind or the balcony, 1 living room with kitchenette, sofa with 2 beds, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, patio equipped with table and chairs.
Type F 8 beds: openings on both sides of the apartment, on the park or the the garden behind or the balcony, 1 large living room with kitchenette, sofa with 2 beds, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with tubs and shower, large patio equipped with table and chairs.

Services: Reception, Pizza restaurant , launderette, every apartment has a private parking place in the "Residenza". In the centre of Bagnaia there can be found restaurants, Pizza restaurants, Market, newsstand, tobacco shops, ice-cream parlor etc.

Sport: 2 tennis courts in syntetic grass, 2 swimming pools, one of which for children.

Beach: on the beach boats, canoe, mooring buoy and beach equippement rent.

Pets: to be requested. Allowed of small size.

Addictional charge (mandatory from 4 years of age gratis for the 2° and 3° child till 10 years of age): Euro 46 per person per week for light/water/gas, final cleaning, bath and bed linen, Tv, access to the children's swimming pool and 1 place in the private car park.

Final cleaning: included in the additional charge ( the kitchenette has to be cleaned by the clients otherwise extra charge of E. 30).

Bed and Bath Linen: midweek change Euro 8 per person per week. Kitchen linen not available.

Extra bed: supplement of Euro 50 in Period A,B,C,D - Euro 100 in E,F,G,H,I.

Pets: Euro 50,00 per week. Small size.

Tennis: Euro 10,00 per hour (day), Euro 12 per hour (night).

Baby Cot till 2 years of age : Euro 30,00 per week. Gratis if brought by the client. Max one per apartment.

Other Services: Launderette: Euro 5 washing machine, Euro 4 dryer.

Club House Club Card Optional from the 09.06 to the 08.09: Euro 30,00 per person per week from 10 years of age. It includes the use of the swimming pool, the sauna, and of their locker room. ( the children have to be with the parents).
