The Residence
Our apartments, divided into 5 separate buildings, are situated in the Club Hotel “Le Acacie" at a distance varying from 10 to 200 metres from the sandy beach of Naregno. They reach to the sea, some passing through a large private garden, others are almost on the beach.
Apartments: The apartments are of various sizes and situation and are all equipped with: air conditioning,telephone, colour satellite television with Sky, balcony or small garden/patio.Some apartmet have safe and ceiling fan .
The Superior apartments have recently been refurnished.
One rooms apartments: double bed or extractable bed settee, additional chair bed or
bunk bed, cooking corner, dining area, bathroom with shower. .
Two rooms apartments: double bedroom, living room with extractable bed settee or
bunk beds, cooking corner, dining area, bathroom with shower. In some the double
bedroom is a mezzanine floor reached by a spiral staircase. In some apartments 5. Bed could be available.
Three rooms apartment: Double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, living room
with single size extractable bed settee, cooking corner, dining area, bathroom with
shower. In some the double bedroom is a mezzanine floor reached by a spiral staircase.In some apartments 5. Bed could be available.
Service: The holiday club card, obligatory and free of charge for children up to the age of 5 years, costs 30 euro and entitles entry to the swimming pool, car parks, participation in all the activities organised by us, and various price reductions in commercial activities on Elba and an insurance which covers Accidents occurring during activities organised by us and enables us to return the deposit if for any reason you have to forgo your holiday.
Beach: Two long stretches of beach are at the disposition of our guests, well equipped and in the care of qualified life guards.
Animals: not allowed.

Beach service: until the 09/6 and from 01/9: beginning from € 30,00/week (1 beach umbrella, 1 deckchair, 1 sun bed)

Final cleaning: included. Forfait daily cleaning, per week euro 100,00 per day 20,00.
Forfait Full Board: Forfait full board weekly (breakfast, lunch and dinner) euro 350,00 per person.

Forfait half Board: Forfait half board weekly (breakfast, dinner) euro 260,00 per person.
