The Residence

Residence Da Pilade (see also Hotel) is situated in an old colonial villa of the last century, at the foot of the Capoliveri hill, near to the splendid Mola bay, between sea and countryside, lies the Hotel Residence da Pilade, overlooking the Porto Azzurro Gulf. The central position allows to reach in only a few minutes most of the beaches of the southeastern coast, the most frequented and equipped ones as well as those more intimate and savage. Only 500 meters far away lies the small port of Mola (Marina di Mola) with mooring-buoys and possible boat storage (against payment). 

Apartments typologies:

1 room superior 3 pax: living room with kitchenette, double bed and double bed couch, bath with shower, outside space with portico, air conditioning. Groundfloor or 1st floor with terrace overview the pool.
1 room superior country 4 pax: living room with kitchenette, double bed and double bed couch, bath with shower, air conditioning. Groundfloor with terrace overview the pool.
2 room 4 pax: living room with kitchenette, double bed couch, room with double bed, bath with shower, air conditioning. Groundfloor with garden.
2 room 6 pax: living room with kitchenette, double bed furniture + bed couch, room with double bed, bath with shower, air conditioning. Groundfloor with garden. Indipendent entrance, 2 TV, 2 phones.
3 room 6 pax: in little villa, living room with kitchenette and double bed couch, 2 rooms with double bed, bath with shower, air conditioning. Ground floor with garden.

Services: The structure disposes also of a large garden with olive trees, a swimmingpool with jacuzzi and pool for children, a sauna, a bar with TV room, internet point, private parking, heating, barbecue, table tennis, free safe at the reception.All rooms have air conditioning.

Restaurant offers a creative kitchen mostly based on fish; a way to propose dishes which talk about the sun, the aromas of the vegetable garden, of smoking fish dishes, delicious home made bread, virgin olive oil. Our restaurant is well known and frequented by national and international gourmets.

Beach: On the beach possibility of rental boats, canoes, mooring buoys and equipment from the beach.

Animals: allowed on request

American buffet breakfast 'Grand Bonjour' in the restaurant (from 7°° to 10°° a.m.): € 8,00 per person.

On departure day the apartments should be vacated before 9.00 hours.
