The Residence

Situated in the lovely bay of Reale, not very far from the fine pebbly beach, easy to reach with a flight of steps. The complex, surrounded by vegetation, consists of two separate buildings where the apartments are situated, furnished in a functional way. Outdoor spaces provided with barbecue and wood-burning oven are available. The residence is ideal for relaxing holidays.

Facilities: reception, launderette, external showers with hot water, private covered car park. In addition on the beach there are restaurant/pizzeria, mini market, tobacconist's and kiosks.

Sport: swimming-pool ( open from 22.05 to 02.10) , ping-pong, children's games. On the beach: windsurf school, pedal boats and canoes for renting; at 900 mt a horse riding school.

Apartments: located in two separate buildings, they are situated on two different floors and are equipped with colour TV, telephone, safe,balcony with table and two chairs, almost always with a view of the sea.
MONO 2 - 1 room ap. 2 beds: situated on the first floor, equipped with living room and kitchenette, double bed, bathroom, balcony.Additional bed or Cot available.

BILO 3 - 2 room ap. 3 beds: situated in the building nearest the sea, they are composed of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room, bathroom, balcony. Sea view.

BILO 4 - 2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom, balcony (additional bed available).

BILO 6 - 2 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette, two double sofa beds, double room, bathroom, double balcony (additional bed not available).

Pets: not allowed.

Mandatory Supplements ( to be paid on site)

Additional charges (compulsory over 2 years of age and compulsory for stay less than a week): E. 49 per person per week for water/electricity/gas, Tv,, safety box in apartment, bed linen with weekly change, final cleaning, children's playground, ping pong, acces to the swimming pool, barbecue, private covered car park.
The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30.
