The central eastern part of Elba, with the towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, that look onto an enchanting view of the Gulf of Mola and the superb coast with its lovely and easily accessible beaches, such as Barbarossa, Reale, Ortano, Lido, Lacona, Barabarca, Zuccale, Morcone, Naregno is most certainly one of the most beautiful and picturesque of the island.
Apartments: situated in the vicinity of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, with extremely practical furnishings according to the personal tastes of the single property owners, the majority of these flats are small, single or multi-family villettes. They all have a balcony or terrace and a parking place. Some are in the towns on near the beaches, and sometimes in the countryside between the town and the sea.
 
 Distance from the sea: from 150 a 2.900 m.
Services: restaurants, bar, pizza-places, pharmacies, medical clinics, banks, post-office, all types of shops, discos, night-clubs and other tourist berth place.
Sport and leisure activities: sailing school, windsurf, underwater diving and services, tennis, golf, riding schools, boats, car and bicycle hire.

Single room apartment 2/3: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, three sleeping places and bathrooms.
Double room apartment 4: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, two sleeping places and a double-bedded room or twin beds, bathrooms.
Triple room apartment 5: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, single bed, a double-bedded room or twin beds, (sometimes attic rooms but rarely rooms with bunk beds) bathrooms.

General Conditions:
Holiday duration: starting saturdays from 16.00/20.00 to saturday 9.00 a.m.
Services not included in the price: LINEN: bed and kitchen linen and towels (bring your own).
BABY COT: Euro  35 per week (payment on site).
SERVICES FORFAIT: mandatory from 12 years and payable on site: Euro  16 per apartment per week.
This covers all utilities and any assistance services.
FINAL CLEANING : Single room apartments: Euro  40, double romm apartments: Euro  45, triple room apartments: Euro 50
Cleaning of kitchen is left to the client but otherwise an additional Euro 26 will be charged.
DEPOSIT: Euro  100.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS: small pets are allowed if they are accounted for on booking. Euro  40 per week.
CENTRAL HEATING: (on request): Euro  25 per week (payable on site).
