In Marina di Campo there has been a selection of several apartments that are part of constructions built in different epochs; in the area nearest to the sea and to the town centre, the old part of the town, less recent buildings are to be found; while in the area farthest from the sea the apartments have more modern features. The apartments assure guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday; situated on ground, first and second floor, equipped with simple and functional furniture, sometimes with private park. The apartments are to be found either in town, and therefore close to the beautiful white beach, or in close proximity to it, near the countryside.
Facilities: in the town centre all kinds of facilities are to be found, such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerie, bars, ice cream parlours, confectioneries, clubs, boat rental.
Sport: in the town centre various sport facilities and on the beach windsurfing, canoes, sailing, etc.

Apartments: they are part of recent or restored buildings and the internal designs and the furniture are always different, according to the owners' personal taste. The apartments are furnished in a simple and functional way and are either "MARE" at a distance between 100 and 400 mt from the sea, or "CAMPO" from 500 to 2000 mt from the sea. 1 room ap. 2 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom. 2 room ap. 4 beds:  living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom. 3 room ap. 4 beds:living room with kitchenette, double room, twin room (sometimes with bunk beds), bathroom. 3 room ap. 6 beds:  living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, twin room (sometimes with bunk beds), bathroom.
