Situated on the picturesque beach of Morcone, this complex of flats is very modern and comfortable. The four flats, are all on the ground and first floor of a gracious two-storey building. It is the ideal solution for anyone who wishes to spend a pleasant holiday in peace and in direct contact with nature.
Sport: very close to the complex is a sailing and windsurf school, subacqua diving centre entirely equipped, tennis, horseriding, boat/auto and bicycle hire.
Services: Capoliveri (4 Kms.) is the closest town with all types of shops, besides supermarkets, post-office, bank, pharmacy, medical clinics, discos.

Beach: 200 mts. free, rocky and sandy beach. Boats and paddle boats, sunshades and sun-beds for hire.
Apartments: Very simply and practically furnished according to the personal taste of the property owners these flats are all equipped with balconies or gardens and all have their own private parking place.
Single room apartment 2/3: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, convertible double-bedded/sofa, single bed, bathroom.
Double room apartment 2/3: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, single bed, double-bedded room or twin beds, bathroom. An extra bed can be supplied free of charge on request.
Double room apartment 4: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, twin beds or convertible double-bedded sofa, and a double-bedded room, bathroom.

General Conditions:
Holiday duration: starting Saturdays
from 16.00 to Saturday 9.00 a.m.
Prices include: utilities (gas, water, electricity)
and final cleaning.
Cleaning of kitchen is the responsibility of the
client: otherwise there will be an extra charge
of Lit. 40.000.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS: small pets are allowed
if they are accounted for on booking: Lit. 40.000
per week
DEPOSIT: Lit. 150.000.
LINEN: bed and kitchen linen and towels
(bring your own).
