Residence Elite
Residence Elite is situated in a central position and at 250 m. from the sea and the beach of Marina the most important turistic resort of the south cost of the Ile of Elba and offers a peace-full holiday. The Residence divided in two buildins and has 84 apartments for 2 to 6 persons simply but praticaly furnished, all with terrace or outside area if on ground floor. Spacious garden, Barbecue, Playground.
Apartments:
Mono 2 (25 mq. ca.): Livig room with kitchenette and double bed, Bathroom with shower or bathtub, 3° bed with extra charge.
Mono Garden 2 (25 mq. ca.): Living room with kitchenette and double bed , bathroom with bathtub, Spare 3° bed (with extra charge) and equipped outside area.
Bilo 4 (53 mq.ca.): Living room with kitchenette, 2 double rooms, Bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, possibility of extra 5° bed (extra charge).
Bilo Garden 4 (43 mq. ca.): Living room/kitchen, Double room, room with bunk beds, Bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, Outside equipped area, possibility of extra 5° bed, (extra charge ).
Little Villa 4 (ca. 40 mq): Living/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, terrace or garden.
Big Villa 6 (82 mq. ca.): Living/dining room with kitchenette, 2 double rooms, 1 room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, air conditioning, toilet. terrace.
Services: Reception with safe, lift, big garden, barbecue, TV room, Bar, Baby club from the 15/06 to the 10/09 c.a., Playgound, unattended car park. At ca. 100 mt many services such as market, shops, chemist, first aid ecc.
Sport: Swimming Pool (02/06-08/09 c.a.) equipped (for childrens too) with sunshades and deckchairs (gratis), ping-pong. Tennis court (to be paid).
Beach: on the beach boats, canoe, mooring buoy, and beach equippement rent.
Pets: If requested of small size. (excluded July and August).
