 Recently built, situated on flat ground, in a quiet area of Porto Azzurro, it consists of 2 blocks of apartments surrounding a polygonal-shaped swimming pool. The Elba Vip Residence, elegantly constructed with first-rate materials, offers spacious apartments situated on ground or first floor, equipped with good quality furniture. Each apartment has its own parking space in the basement of the residence, added convenience
 as the town centre of Porto Azzurro is easily reached on foot. Around the residence there
are green areas with swimming pool and children's playground. Considering its position, the residence offers a pleasant stay near a lively and fashionable town such as Porto Azzurro.
 

Facilities: large car park in the basement garage (1 parking space per apartment), Sat TV, reception, small playground for children, large green area behind the residence with illuminated pathways, launderette with drying machine, night guard service. Guests are given the ELBA VIP CARD which entitles to discounts and agreements with various activities on the Island of Elba. In the near town centre many facilities are to be found, such as markets, restaurants, pizzerie, kiosks, pharmacies, discotheques, boat rental/mooring..
Sport: swimming pool for adults and children, bowling green. At 150 mt 4 illuminated tennis courts. In Porto Azzurro many sport facilities, including a new minigolf course, windsurf, sailing, canoes, water-skiing. At 10 km golf course with 9 holes.
 
Apartments: furnished in a functional way and with taste, situated in two separate buildings on ground or first floor; equipped with TV, direct dial telephone, rooms with low beds only, large balcony equipped with table and chairs to have outdoor meals.
2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, large double room, bathroom.
3 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, large double room, room with 2 low beds, bathroom. The second room can be in the attic and has a window.
4 room ap. 8 beds:  internally situated on two floors, on the first floor living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, large double room, room with two low beds, bathroom. On the upper floor (attic) room with two low beds (with window), 2nd bathroom.

General Conditions:
Check-in/check-out: Saturday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m./Saturday 10 a.m.
Period "A" free check-in/out (min. 1 week).

 To pay after arrival:
Extra charge for the following facilities (compulsory over 2 years of age): € 25 per person per week for the use of electricity/water/gas, 1 parking space in the basement of the residence - Final cleaning: € 45 2room ap. - € 50 3room ap. - € 60 4room ap. The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30.
Deposit: € 100 per apartment.
Further optional facilities on request per week:
Bed linen: € 8 per person - Bathroom linen: € 6 per person.
Additional bed or cot: 10% supplement (not accepted if brought by the guests)
Pets: not allowed.
