These modern and practically furnished flats are situated on the central-western part of Elba and the majority are in Porto Azzurro, a splendid port on the Gulf of Mola and along the coast, rich in Mediterranean flora. Once the settling place of fishermen, Porto Azzurro is nowadays an exclusive tourist centre offering all types of facilities, first among these a berth place for all types of sea vessels.
Apartments: situated in the vicinity of Porto Azzurro and
Capoliveri, with extremely practical furnishings according to the personal tastes of the single property owners, the majority of these flats are small, single or multi-family villettes. Some apartments have a balcony or terrace and a parking place. Some are in town or near the beaches, and sometimes in the countryside between the town and the sea.

BILO 4 - Two rooms apartment 4: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette, two sleeping places and a double or twin -bedded room, bathroom.
TRILO 5 - Three rooms apartment 5: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette and single bed, a double-bedded room and a twin bedded room, ( rarely rooms with bunk beds) bathroom.
TRILO 6 - Three rooms apartment 6: living/dining room with annexed kitchenette with two beds, a double-bedded room and a twin bedded room, (sometimes attic rooms ) (rarely rooms with bunk beds) bathroom.
Distance from the sea: Standard from 600 to 1.500 m. , Superior from 100 to 600 m.
Services: restaurants, bars, pizza-places, pharmacies, medical clinics, banks, post-office, all types of shops, discos, night-clubs and berth place.
Sport and leisure activities: sailing school, windsurf, underwater diving and services, tennis, golf, riding schools,
boats, car and bicycle hire.
Pets: allowed small pets, on request.

Final cleaning: One room apartments: Euro 50,00, Two rooms apartments: Euro 60,00, three rooms apartments: Euro 70,00 ( mandatory payment on site).
Additional charges (mandatory and to be paid on site):
Euro 20,00 per person (mandatory from 12 years up ) per week. This covers light/water and gas.
OPTIONAL SERVICES( to be paid on site)
Linen: bed, kitchen and bath linen to be brought by the client
Baby cot: Euro 35 per week (payable on site).
Pets: small pets are allowed if they are accounted for on booking: Euro 40,00 per week.
