Residence 24 apartments - The Drago Residence is situated in the beautiful bay of Morcone, one of the most enchanting places of the Island of Elba, directly on the wonderful sandy white beach. The complex consists of a main building, where the reception, the TV-room and a few apartments are situated, while the remainder are to be found in the Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds the residence. The apartments are either situated on the ground floor with patio or garden, or on the first floor with balcony and are furnished in a simple yet functional way. Considering its position, the residence assures relaxing holidays, with the convenience of being right on the beautiful beach of Morcone and only few minutes away from Capoliveri, one of the most characteristic and fashionable towns of the whole Island.
Sport: ping-pong. On the beach possibility of practising windsurf, beach-volley, canoes, etc.

Facilities: reception, bar, restaurant/pizzeria on the beach, internal private car park (1 per apartment), barbecue available, small part of private beach with beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. In addition canoes, bicycles and mooring buoys for small boats (limited number available).
On the beach possibility of renting boats.

Apartments: they almost all have different internal designs and are furnished in a simple yet functional way. They are equipped with telephone,
low beds only (excluding the "3room apartments 4 beds") and wide balcony or patio with table and chairs to have meals outside (1room apartments do not have outdoor space).
1 room ap. 2/3 beds: living room with kitchenette and one bed, sleeping area with double bed, bathroom. Considering their position, they are idael for an informal clientele.
2 room ap. 2/3 beds: situated in the main building, directly on the beach in the so called "Casa Rotonda", consisting of 6 apartments situated on the first floor and provided with one big terrace equipped with table and chairs, with a beautiful view of the sea, consisting of entrance, living room with double bed, small separate kitchen, bathroom.
2 room ap. 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom; or living room with kitchenette and single bed, double room with third bed, bathroom.
3 room ap. 4 beds: situated on the first floor, composed of living room with kitchenette, double room, twin room with bunk beds, bathroom.
3 room ap. 6 beds: living room with kitchenette, 2 double rooms both with third bed, bathroom; or living room with kitchenette and single bed, double room, double room with third bed, bathroom.
Pets: not allowed.

To pay after arrival:
Extra charge for the following facilities (compulsory over 2 years of age): € 52 per person per week, including the use of electricity/water/gas, bed linen with weekly change, private car park (1 car per apartment), use of barbecue, small part of private beach with beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds (1 beach umbrella + 2 deckchairs + 1 sunbed per apartment), free use of canoes, bicycles, ping-pong, surf boards (according to availability), 10% discount at the restaurant of the residence, final cleaning. The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30.
Deposit: € 100 per apartment (compulsory).
Further optional facilities on request per week:
Additional bed (in 2room ap. 2 and 3room ap. 4) or cot: 10% supplement - no supplement for cot brought by the guests (max. 1 per apartment). Bathroom linen: € 6 per person. -
Meal tickets: € 130 per person per week (drinks excluded), including 7 meals at the restaurant on the sea -
Children 0/2 years of age meal tickets: € 100 per person per week (drinks excluded), including 7 meals at the restaurant on the sea.
