Situated on a hill, at the border of a marvellous pine forest, this reconverted old farmhouse has been entirely refurbished and surrounded by another four residential units in the nearby pine forest, which is situated only about 1 km. from the Lido Beach looking onto a wonderful view of Mola down in the plain.
All the apartments are equipped with a terrace furnished with outdoor tables and sun shades (excluding Type A) , all necessary kitchen accessories, automatic telephone, colour TV, covered parking lots, swimming pools for adults and children, table tennis and tennis courts with night illumination.

Sport: tennis courts with night illumination, 2 swimming pools.
