Residence/Village 70 apartments - Amidst Mediterranean vegetation, in a private estate of 15.000 sqm, the complex consists of several buildings situated between the Bay of Nisportino and the surrounding hills. Cala del Nisportino has recently built apartments which are a few metres from the sea and equipped with swimming pools and modern comforts. In the so called "Il Casale", located near the apartments, the reception, the mini-market and the fitness centre are to be found.
Facilities: reception, equipped playground, entertainment, fitness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, cardiotonic equipment. Near the beach: restaurant, pizzeria, bar, "La Battigia" ice cream parlour.
 Sport: trekking, mountain bike routes; see "Club Card" heading. Illuminated tennis courts
with charge. On the beach pedal boats, canoes, sailing boats.

Residence: the residences, recently built, are situated amidst the vegetation in a panoramic position between 300 and 500 mt from the sea. The apartments are furnished with taste and in a functional way and are equipped with TV and telephone. They are situated on the ground floor with large porch or pergola equipped with table and chairs. Each apartment is provided with beach equipment (1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds).
The buildings are divided into three different residences as follows:
AIDA: 500 mt from the sea in a panoramic position with a view of the sea and equipped with swimming pool. Ideal for children and pleasant for adults.
LA FONTE & ALLORO: two complexes between 300 and 350 mt from the sea which can use the big swimming pool situated near the construction called "Alloro".
2 room apartment 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Club Card: (compulsory over 4 years of age from 14/06 to 13/09) € 20 per person per week including entertainment, mini-club for children and junior club with beach games, tournaments, cabaret; swimming pools, beachvolley and five-a-side football, archery.
 Pets: not allowed.

 General Conditions:

To pay after arrival:
Extra charge for the following facilities (compulsory over 4 years of age): € 27 per person per week for the use of electricity/water/gas,
bed linen with weekly change, beach equipment (1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment), private car park.
 Final cleaning (compulsory): € 50 per apartment. The kitchenette and the kitchen equipment have to be cleaned by the guests,
otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 30.
Club Card (compulsory over 4 years of age): € 20 per person per week from 14/06 to 13/09, see "Club Card" heading -
Deposit: € 100 per apartment.
Further optional facilities on request, per week:
Additional bed or cot: 10% supplement (no supplement for cot brought by the guests - max. 1 per apartment).
Bathroom linen: € 6 per person.
Beach's service: € 30 per week or € 7 per day (min. 3 nights) for nr. 1 sunshade + nr. 2 deck-chairs, canoa.
 Fitness-Center:  € 25 per person for fitness-room, turkisch Bath, hydromassage.
Meals-Carnet: € 130 per person for nr. 6 Breakfast + nr. 6 Dinners (drinks not included) by "Il Borgo" Restaurant.
