 Centrally located and very near to Porto Azzurro, the beautiful little holiday resort with its sea front promenade and all kinds of shops, only 500 m from the little beach “La Pianotta” of Porto Azzurro and about 1000 m from the beach “Barbarossa”.

The apartment is situated on the third floor of a modern building, is tastefully furnished and has a terrace with a splendid view over the gulf of Porto Azzurro.
Apartment, 4 beds: big living room with kitchenette und double sofa bed, TV, double bed room, bathroom with shower. Washing machine und private parking space.

Services: restaurants, bar, pizza-restaurants, chemists, medical clinics, banks, post-office, all types of shops, discos, night-clubs and other tourist berth place.

Sport and leisure activities: sailing school, windsurf, diving and services, tennis, golf, horseriding schools, boats, car and bicycle rent.

Pets: allowed small pets, on request.

Long holidays: 14 nights at the cost of 12. till the 28.05 (included) and from the 10.09. 

Book early: 10% reduction if you book before the 28/05 (excluding period from the 30.07 to the 27.08).

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS ( to be paid on site):

Services Forfait: compulsory from 12 years and payable on site: Euro 20,00 per person per week. This covers all utilities and any assistance services.

Final Cleaning: 2 rooms apartment: Euro 60 (payment on site). Cleaning of kitchen is left to the client but otherwise an additional Euro 30,00 will be charged.  

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Pets: on request, Euro 40 per week.

Linen bed and kitchen linen and towels (bring your own), or you can hire on site with mandatory weekly change with the following charges: Euro 08,00 per person per change of bed linen, Euro 7,00 per person per change of towels, on request at booking (kitchen linen not available).

Baby cot: Euro 35 per week (payable on site).
