 MORCONE APARTMENTS

The apartments are situated in the bay of Morcone a few paces away from the sandy beach, where the mediterranean vegetation is alternated with rare esotic plants, and wavering agave and palms.

Services: Every apartment has a private parking space and shared barbecue. In the bay of Morcone there are restaurants, bars on the beach and a little market.  In the little town of Capoliveri 3 Km. away, there can be found other services such us supermarkets, bars, ice cream parlor,  Pizza restaurants, newsstand, tobacco shop, pubs, banks, post office, chemist and medical aid.

Sport: On the sandy beach of Morcone there can be found pedalo and boats rent, vela, diving centre and wind-surf school. Nearby tennis court and  bicycle rent. 

Apartments: All with private entrance, big terrace equipped to eat outside, and simply but elegantly fournished, they have Tv color and air conditioning.

Two room apartments 4 beds: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room. Bathroom with shower. Equipped terrace.

Pets: to be requested, allowed of small size € 40,00 per week(on site).

SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site):

Services forfait: mandatory from 12 years and payable on site: Euro 20,00 per person per week. This covers all utilities and any assistance services.

Final cleaning: 2 rooms apartments: Euro 60,00 (payment on site). Cleaning of kitchen is left to the client but otherwise an additional Euro 30,00 will be charged.
 

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Pets: on request, Euro 40 per week.

Linen: bed and kitchen linen and towels (bring your own), or you can hire on site with mandatory weekly change with the following charges: Euro 15,00 per person per change of bed linen, Euro 7,00 per person per change of towels, on request at booking (kitchen linen not available).

Baby Cot: Euro 35 per week (payable on site).
