 Pretty apartments on the ground floor in a building with 6 apartments. Quit position, about 1500 m from the beach of Naregno and from the characteristic little town of Capoliveri. The apartments are tastefully furnished with large outside area and garden furniture. Private parking space, barbecue and outside shower. The ideal place for a relaxed holiday.

Sport and leisure activities: sailing school, windsurf, diving and services, tennis, golf, horseriding schools, boats, car and bicycle rent.

Apartments: The apartments are tastefully furnished with large outside area and garden furniture. Private parking space, barbecue and outside shower. 
Apartment, 5 beds (ca. 50 mq):  On the ground floor with large outside area, living room with kitchenette and 1 bed, double bed room, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower.
Apartment, 6 beds (ca. 50 mq): On the ground floor with large outside area, living room with kitchenette and divan bed, double bed room, twin bedded room with an extra bed, bathroom with shower.

Pets: on request, Euro 40 per week.

 Long holidays: 14 nights at the cost of 12. till the 29.05(included) and from the 11.09. 

Book early: 10% reduction if you book before the 29.05 (excluding period from the 31.07 to the 28.08).   

SUPPLEMENTS  MANDATORY( to be paid on site)

Services Forfait: mandatory from 12 years and payable on site: Euro 20,00 per person per week. This covers all utilities and any assistance services.

Final Cleaning: triple room apartments: Euro 70 (payment on site). Cleaning of kitchen is left to the client but otherwise an additional Euro 30,00 will be charged. 

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Pets: on request, Euro 40 per week.

Linen bed and kitchen linen and towels (bring your own), or you can hire on site with mandatory weekly change with the following charges: Euro 8,00 per person per change of bed linen, Euro 7,00 per person per change of towels, on request at booking (kitchen linen not available).

Baby Cot: Euro 35 per week (payable on site).
