Very near to the center of the lively little town of Porto Azzurro, with its narrow and picturesque streets, the piazza and sea front promenade, car- free during the evening and offering all sorts of attractions as well as markets and small boutiques selling locally made products.

The apartments, recently built are located on the first floor of a modern building and are tastefully furnished, have two balconies, a private garage and on request air conditioning.
The beach of Porto Azzurro is located at 600 m distance, the beach of Barbarossa at 2000m ca.
Apartment, 6 beds: on the first floor, living room with kitchenette, TV and double sofa bed, double bed room, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower. Balcony with table and chairs.

Services: restaurants, bar, pizza-restaurants, chemists, medical clinics, banks, post-office, all types of shops, discos, night-clubs and other tourist berth place.

Sport and leisure activities: sailing school, windsurf, diving and services, tennis, golf, horseriding schools, boats, car and bicycle rent.

Pets: allowed small pets, on request.

SPECIAL OFFER

Long holidays: 14 nights at the cost of 12. till the 30.05(included) and from the 12.09.

Book early: 10% reduction if you book before the 30.05 (excluding period from the 01.08 to the 29.08).

SUPPLEMENTS (to be paid on site):

MANDATORY:
Services Forfait: mandatory from 12 years and payable on site: Euro 20,00 per person per week. This covers all utilities and any assistance services.

Final Cleaning: 3 room apartments: Euro 55 (payment on site). Cleaning of kitchen is left to the client but otherwise an additional Euro 30,00 will be charged.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Pets: Euro 40 per week.

Bed linen and kitchen linen and towels (bring your own), or you can hire on site with mandatory weekly change with the following charges: Euro 15,00 per person per change of bed linen, Euro 7,00 per person per change of towels, on request at booking (kitchen linen not available).
